Snow birds

This image was the idea I sketched up for blur. The birds could not see the kids because of the blur in the window. Winter is on it's way here so I'm thinking of snow. I'm ready to roll up a snowman and decorate it with the kids. :)

working on my assignments..

I worked on my story tonight. This assignment will be sent in December. Then I will move on and work on a few of my other children's books. This one was hard to work with because I was busy moving with all the other stuff going on. I'm adding more problems into my short story I'm working on and adding some twists.

Fly sketch

A few weeks ago the image of the week was fly. I worked on a sketch of a little boy up in the sky. I was unable to post that week but am going to go ahead and post it now.

Book Fair

Helped out at my daughters new school. The book fair is winding down and it was fun. I met a lot of neat people and enjoyed the kids. The new books that are out are great. I really miss working but I know my baby will grow fast. OK, he is not a baby anymore. More of a toddler, he really is into everything. He is fun. My hubby watched him while I went and volunteered up at the school. Before school they really had a rush of kids with books and money in hand. It was fun. I'm headed back up to the school to have lunch with my daughter. What a neat morning. :)

Sketch painted

This is part of the image I've been working on. Sorry I can't post them all because some of my images have been taken off the Internet without my permission. It's really sad. Who would do that kind of thing? Well, most people just feel it's a right if it's on the web. It felt good to paint again. Now, I want to get some of my stories out and start working on them. That's my next goal for this week is to get one of them down all the way so I can tighten them up and start working on images for them. A few of the stories have all the image ideas down but I still have to tighten them up. Ha, so much for me to do already. :)

We moved sketch...

Here I'm working on an image for a family that moved. :) Here is a piece of it. It's nice to be back sketching again. :)

Back on the horse???

OK, I started sketching again this week. I also am dusting off the binders and finding my stories I'm working on. Lots to do and get back to work. :)
